I have been signing into HTSE for several months now as a guest. Of course, I found this wonderful place right here.

Yesterday, I found a Hawaii exchange for the date and place that I wanted. Sent an email to Sonya and received a reply in a nano second.

Then, I phoned her on her dime and became a member, deposited, exchanged in just a flash.

Talk about great service!

I want to thank Sonya on this public forum for great HTSE service while we were on Kauai last week. An exchange at Poipu Point that we had made via HTSE fell through two days before we arrived, due to a screw-up at Poipu Point, and Sonya pulled a rabbit out of a hat in the form of a 2-bedroom-Banyan-building-sunset-watching and whale-watching unit at Lawai Beach Resort.

We were very appreciative of the excellent customer service, mahalo!
