If a resort has to close temporarily due to damage from a hurricane or other natural disaster, how does HTSE treat the exchange deposits made prior to the hurricane, both as to the member and as to the resort?

Aloha! if a resort is closed due to hurricane damage the member who deposits the week must submit another banking if he has used the week for an exchange or if we have an inbound on the week. If it hasn't been used we just give the week back to the owner. If we have an inbound we contact the member to let them know the resort is damaged and try to give alternative solutions.
