    OK, I am a skeptic, but I deposited a week with Platinum to test the waters. I placed a request for three specific resorts (Morritt's Grand or Tortuga, or The Reef) for one specific check in date (March 24, 2012) and I needed two bedrooms.

    Here I am thinking, OK, this is never going to happen. I got the exchange yesterday and it is an exact match. Better yet, there is no 1-4 with Platinum.

    Today I am paying fees on three timeshares and guess who is getting the deposits!

    That's good to hear Joy. I also deposited a week with them this year for the first time so I should make a request now.

        Excuse my ignorance but when you say there is no "1-4" with Platinum what exactly do you mean?

          Which resort did you get? We stayed at the Grand (an RCI exchange) the first of April and loved it.

            RCI only allows trades into Morritt's once every four years. Platinum does not restrict its members.

                More regarding Platinum. I am so thrilled with the service and the exchangtes I have received.

                I recently saw a Windjammer St Lucia on line and had NOTHING deposited. I called and paid fees for some units after I called Platinum to hold the exchange for me as I was depositing units.

                It took a full three weeks for the resort where I own to verify my deposits and that was only AFTER I raised HEL*. They kept saying they had an exclusive exchange agreement with Interval....REALLY? I own deeded property and a fixed week and you are denying me the use of my property in the manner I wish to deposit it?

                Finally got it sorted out and now have a resort that was on my "bucket list" thanks to Platinum and their fantastic customer service.

                So now I have received a Moritt's Tortuga 2 bedroom for one specific date check in and no 1-4. Windjammer Landing, St Lucia, 2 bedroom unit, again no 1-4 and just confirmed a Villas de Santa Fe, 1 bedroom and no 1-4.

                I am so thrilled I gave Platinum a try

                            what are the membership fees and exchange fees with platinum? If i could get a week with a two bedroom in Newport or Cape cod for Sept 2 or for sept 11 or 18, I would join and spacebnank a week right away.
