Exchange confirmation?

I did an exchange with PI back in April for the first week of October. I just called the resort to confirm our reservation and they don't have it yet. At what point does PI actually make the reservation for an exchange?

BTW, the exchange process was super smooth and easy, and I really like the idea of seeing the inventory prior to depositing!

Call me at 714-777-3700, ext.320, ask for Chris, and provide me your name and reservation number and I will be happy to provide you the information you need. We make the reservation at time of booking, but it is possible the resort you are exchanging into has not yet received the arrivals list for the date you are checking in on.
