Hello Timeshare Forum members. At Platinum Interchange, we are looking forward to continuing the relationship with TimeshareForums. We will be having a few team members responding at different times to your postings. Some of the team members are: Our Reservation Manager (has been with P.I. for over 7 yrs.), our Exchange Coordinator (who has been with P.I. for over 5 yrs.), our Customer Service Representative (who has been with P.I. for over 6 yrs.), and our Director (who has been with P.I. for over 3 yrs.). When contacting us, don't forget to ask for our a...WAY List (updated daily, current list of inventory). This is a List of all currently available inventories which you may view at your leisure and select the vacation exchange week that best meets your family vacation needs (plus get some ideas on rental destinations). Note: We will mail, email, or fax you a complimentary copy of the a...WAY List whenever you request it!
In case you haven't heard, we have many exciting projects on the horizon- like a new resort Directory coming out in late January 2007 (last Directory came out about 2 yrs. ago); a new, redesigned website coming live in mid-November; our 5th issue of the Compass Newsletter featuring top resorts coming in Winter 2006; and we added two more Vacation Counselors to further service our Platinum Interchange customers.
Platinum Interchange specializes in customer service and LOW fees by always putting the needs of the individual timeshare owner first; and over the past 25 plus years, has blossomed into a full-service Exchange and Rental Company. Platinum Interchange has not charged Membership Fees or Annual Dues for the past 25 plus years. Further, we have consistently ranked amongst the other exchange companies as having one of the lowest exchange fees (domestic and international) in the vacation ownership/timeshare industry.
