I checked the website, it only reflects winter weeks for exchange at Laguna Beach, and I didn't see anything for Hawaii. Will the site be updated to reflect current inventory?

Yes, you can find the inventory posted on our a...WAY List which can be emailed directly to you. The a...WAY List is a List of current inventory availability. As far as our website, we post some inventory on a weekly basis, but not all of our inventory; however, you can view our current inventory by way of the a...WAY List. You will find such destinations as Hawaii on the a...WAY List (you can only receive the List via email). You can email away@platinuminterchange.com to request a List be sent to you.

There are also rental specials, for instance, in Laguna Beach, CA, at www.platinuminterchange.com. Click on "Special Spots" (left hand margin area) and be taken to the 3 Night Rentals for the Price of 2. There you will find Laguna Beach specials for May and June as well as other rental specials for additional destinations.

On our website, you can also click on the Newsletter page and read the recent Spring Compass Newsletter. We feature particular resorts along with interesting information about the resort areas.

How long does it take for the email list to get sent out? I emailed a couple of days ago, but the list hasn't arrived yet. (I don't have spam-blocking, so that's not the problem.)

Hello. Not sure what time you sent the email on Friday, but the person who monitors the away@platinuminterchange.com email address was probably out of the office by that time. Also, this person doesn't work in the office on Saturdays like other team members do, so you will get the a...WAY List later today.
The List is compiled Monday mornings depending upon the activity over the weekend, so hence the delay in you receiving it until the afternoon on Monday.
If you still do not receive the a...WAY List, please feel free to call us, but I'm sure you will get it later today. Also, if you want, you may request to receive this List each week via email.

We posted a reply to you on Monday, but I'm not sure if you saw it since it says postings are "below current depth.?" Either way, we are glad you received the a...WAY List. If you didn't see our posting to you yesterday, the reason for the delay was the List doesn't get compiled on Sat., but instead on Monday. Typically, the List is distributed late on Monday due to inventory changing over the weekend. If you would like to receive the List each week, please email us and we will make sure you do.
