Question on 1-in-4 rule, OLCC on Timex

I "test drove" Timex today, and several possible Orange Lake CC exchanges came up. Before I pursue one, I wondered if the "1-in-4" rule only applies to RCI weeks exchanges (we stayed at OLCC with an RCI exchange in 2005), or if it would apply to a Timex exchange (or any other exchange company) as well.

I think that OLCC is really a 1-in-3 resort but it makes no difference as that is STRICTLY an RCI thing.

If you want to go and can get it thru another exchange company pack your bags and enjoy.

edited to add that maybe I should NOT have stuck my nose in here and let Timex answer BUT it truly is an RCI parameter. I should definately look at which forum the questions are posted.
