I have not been able to access the "A...way List" for the last 2 days. Can't bring opportunities to the attention of our membership if I can't get to them myself...

Could you please inform when Platinum expects to have this fixed?

you can request the a...WAY list by clicking on Request Info. and we will send one to you the same day.

We have a new way for our members to access the a…WAY list. They can go to our website www.platinuminterchange.com and click on Exchange Availability.
A password will be sent to you the same day for you to access the a…WAY list anytime of the day or night. That list is updated twice a day.

the A..Way list used to be listed for each resort by date - now the date s are mixed up and it is very hard to see when a resort is available, very easy to miss a date I want. Is this a permanent change?
