What is Platinum's policy toward both resorts and members on exchange bankings made prior to the disaster when a resort has to close temporarily due to a hurricane or other natural disaster?

Regarding pre-Disaster Deposits
It has always been Platinum's policy to relocate whenever possible any owners whose vacations were affected by a hurricane or other natural disaster. If an owner is scheduled to exchange into a resort that had to shut down, we will attempt to relocate that owner to another acceptable location during the same week, bring them back to that same resort at a future date, or to refund the exchange fee if other options are not feasible. Platinum also honors deposits that coincide with resort closures due to natural disasters.
