I have not received my email about the promo for 2007 as yet. I noticed you have told others that the reason they may not have received the email is because their unit does not qualify for the promo.

My question is this: I only have one of my 7 weeks listed with SFX. When I signed up with SFX I was not asked if I own at other resorts, other than the one I deposited. How would they know if I have any week's that would qualify for the 2007 promo if they do not know I have them? Do I have to list all my weeks and resorts with SFX?

ljane - thank you for your post. If you could pm your full name and account number, and the other resorts you own at, if they qualify for SFX we will update your account.

I'm asking this here so the info can be seen by all. I pm'd you earlier and you added a couple of the resorts we owned but not others even though they are listed as SFX qualified resorts. Bill - thank you for your post. You bring up excellent points.

We have many Members who have not listed all their qualified resorts into their SFX profile. In not doing so, we miss an opportunity to market to you with certain premium promotions inviting you to deposit these weeks, that could in turn be used for booking other Members for their exchanges.

"Lost Opportunity" ... on all sides !!

Case in point... Bill, the reason you didn't receive the 3 for 1 offer is because the resorts you registered qualified for the 2 for 1 which will be promoted in about a week. Today you advised of other resorts you own at, not registered in your SFX account, and I responded with a link for the 3 for 1 offer.

To all other Members... if you have not advised us of all qualified for SFX resorts you own at, please do so. For now, please email me at accounts@sfx-resorts.com with the resort name, location and unit size.

If you own with a multi-site developement such as Trendwest, Club Intrawest, Monarch etc., although you can reserve and deposit a week from any property within their system, we do need to register one specific resort into your SFX account. Typically you would have purchased in one specific property in their network, your home base, and this is the one you should list.

These are not listed in any order of preference. The dates indicate prime times (Plus major Holiday weeks) that qualify for any special promotions we offer for bonus weeks in addition to your exchange weeks. (We may also accept other dates during the year, that do not qualify for Bonus Week offers).

Trendwest:

1. Oregon Coast any week between June - September.
2. Vancouver ... June - september
3. Seattle ... June - september
4. Victoria ... June - september
5. Whistler ... Jan - March
6. Pismo Beach ... Feb - March and June 15 - Sept 7
7. Monterrey... June - Sept

Club Intrawest:

1. Vancouver ... June - september
2. Whistler... Jan - March
3. Kauai ... Jan - Easter or June 15 - Sept 7.
4. Palm Desert... Jan 15 - Easter.
5. Zihuatanejo ... Jan - Easter and June 15 - Sept 7.
6. Sandestin ... Jan 15 - Easter.

Monarch Grand:

1. Riviera Beach & Spa ... Feb - March and June 15 - Sept 7
2. Riviera Shores ... Feb - March and June 15 - Sept 7
3. Palm Canyon Resort ... Jan 15 - Easter week.
