Happy New Year Mark

I always thought SFX did not except Studios except for San Francisco and London. I saw that a studio was available on the sell off list for St. Maarten. Is SFX now accepting other studio apartments?

chs225 - A Happy New Year to you too, and thank you for your post. Studio units are accepted from major cities such as San Francisco, New York, London etc. However, our policy remains we do not accept studio unit's from resort areas... simply because members do not want them for their vacation.

In the instance you mention, it is a unit from a trading-partner and not a member.
