  • Deposit of St. Maarten Gold Crown

    Mark:

I called your office on this yesterday and they were helpful, but I am still a little confused, so maybe you can help me. (I'm not yet a member)

According to them, I could deposit my LaVista 1 Br Penthouse St. Maarten 2006 assigned week 44 unit. (It's actually a floating week 14-50) Now after looking at your website it doesn't look like it's a prime week. Any big disadvantage there, since I could change it to a summer month.

I haven't asked for an assignment in 2007 yet, so what would work out best for trading?

I also own Oyster Bay Beach Resort in St. Maarten, which is floating week 1-52. I assume that may also qualify for deposit, but please let me know.

I'm interested in trading for Palm Springs in late winter or Europe sometime in 2007 or later. With that in mind any advantages in Platinum instead of Gold Membership?

Sorry for all of the questions, but I want to I'm trying to figure out how to proceed.
    Thanks in advance.

Dave - thank you for your post. Week 44 is in the middle of the Hurricane season. Because it is considered a "high-risk" season/inventory, it has extremely low trading power and no incentives for banking such as Bonus Weeks.

We would gladly accept your deposit from Oyster Bay unit.

Seasons in the Caribbean that qualify for our Bonus Week offerings are... any week between Christmas through Easter... any week between June 15 through Sept. 7.

Memberships?? Whether you are Platinum or Gold, one has no trading power advantage over the other. The differences are, with Platinum you receive more benefits for just a few dollars more.

Details at: www.sfx-resorts.com, then click Memberships.

    Hope this helps...
