I own a 1 BR at the Marriott Kauai Beach Club and considering joining your membership to exchange my week. Check - in for 2007 is 3.23.07. Will SFX accept it? If so, will the week qualify for the 3 for 1 I am reading about? Can you elaborate on the 3 for 1 or point me to a website, please. What is the likelihood that I will get a Ski week in CO, UT, or CA?

Jimbo - thank you for your post. Marriott Kauai Beach Club absolutely will qualify. (I see Pat in the above post) has responded to a couple of your questions.

We are not allowed to give odds or likelihood of any exchange coming to fruition. We would rather "under-promise, and over-deliver". We will not lead you to believe there is a "great chance", and then let you down.

Most Owners who buy high quality ski weeks buy them to use them rather than trade them, as they are skiiers and want to have their fun to enjoy their passion for skiing.

Having said that, your property and time deposited would have extremely high Trading-Power, and accordingly would be extremely favorable in the event of availability at a quality ski resort. If we thought the possibilities were absolutely remote, we would advise accordingly. In this instance we have to assume the position it is possible and worthy of due process.
