Hello SFX:

I am a Wyndham owner, and I would like like to trade for a Southern California beach week in May 2011. It would be for two adults and three kids. I would prefer a two bedroom, but I would take a one bedroom that permits two adults and three kids.

To obtain this trade, what type of 2011 Wyndham deposits would be required?

How about Paniolo Greens on the big island?

Hi Frank - It's a nice property but most people have a problem accepting it for an exchange because it is so far from the beach.... and accordingly it is reflected in trading power.

In wanting a coastal S. California week for your exchange, the other properties mentioned give you a much better chance.
