  • Any new member promotion?

I just bought a week of HGVC Flamingo and am thinking to give SFX a try (already a RCI and II member). I am debating whether to deposit a 2010 week now or wait for the bonus week. I read another post but was not clear about what's offer for the new members. Thanks,

    Yvette

When I reserve a week on HGVC website. What information do I have to provide to bank with SFX?

Hungtang - thank you for your post. When you reserve your week at HGVC's site, it will not be necessary to provide them with any information about your deposit. We take care of that for you.

All you need to do is to reserve a week (7 consecutive nights) in your name, in at least a 1 bedroom suite sleep 4. Please note the reservation number you will be assigned by HGVC.

Your next step is to login to your SFX account, and click the Deposit tab. It will take you to an SFX deposit form where it will ask you information about the week you want to deposit, including the reservation number.

After click the Submit button, it transfers the information to our system. We then send a copy of your SFX deposit form to HGVC for verification of information, at which time they duly note your week is deposited with SFX for a Vacation Exchange.

At that point... you may place a request for your Vacation Exchange.

        Hope this helps...

          Hi Mark,
Thanks for the detailed answers. One more newbie question; Is Thanksgiving week considered as a prime week for Orlando or Las Vegas (HGVC)?

Hi Hungtang - Yes, however there would be more demand for Orlando than Las Vegas for Thanksgiving, as Orlando is more of a family oriented style vacation.

In this particular instance, if you deposited an Orlando week for T.G., you would have higher trading power for your exchange.

            Hope this helps...
