    Hi Mark,

Can you tell me which would have better trading power? Easter week at Bonnet Creek deposited 10 months out or a holiday week at Grand Desert deposited 13 months out?

    Thank you!

Ailin - thank you for your post. Humble apologies for the delay.

If you are able to request a week at one of these properties and deposit into your SFX account.... they have the highest trading-power within the resort group where you own your timeshare, (in our system). These are not listed in any specific order.

If you are not able to reserve at any of these resorts, please private message me, and I will be advise accordingly.

This is very helpful, not just to me, but I'm sure to other Wyndham owners as well. Thank you!

That is a really nice wish list Mark, I would love to see those properties in SFX!

it is helpful for WYN owners to have a guide such as this.
Care to add any others to the list for us to book?

          Mark,
What size are you looking for for La Cascada?

          Do you accept studios?

Do you give like for like exchanges or is there a possibility of an upgrade?

Trying to plan better and my home resort is La Cascada.

          Thanks.

Chriskre - Thank you for your post. The minimum size unit we accept in that location is a 1 bedroom suite.

If you are an SFX Gold Member, the exchange is like for like re unit size. You may however upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite by paying an upgrade fee which varies between $189-$299.

If you are a Platinum Member, you can request a one size upgrade, and there is no extra charge.

            Hope this helps,

            Thanks,

              Thanks Mark,
I originally had a gold account when I first joined SFX, but when I bought my HGVC from Seth he told me that I got a free Platinum account. Problem is when I log in it's still my gold account. How do I get my account upgraded?

Hi Christine - if you would be kind enough to pm me your full name and account number, I will take care of the upgrade for you.

I'm new and still trying to get all my info for my purchase. How would trading into SFX work if you are a Wyndham points owner? EX: Let's say I own at National Harbor, but it's a points based resort and want to trade into SFX for something in their inventory. Can that be done as well?

Is there a membership fee for SFX? Do you care if the deposited points are resale or developer?

                    Thanks!

                    Nikki

Hi Nikki - Thank you for you post. Good questions!

This is an easy process for Points Owners. You would simply make a reservation at your resort (or at one of the resort's in your companies group of properties) for a weeks worth (7 nights) of time, in at least a one bedroom unit sleep 4, during either the prime time, or high season. (We don't accept low season deposits).

To determine when Prime or High season is, you can refer to SFX Season Grid.

You would then login to your online SFX account and enter the deposit information, which will include the resort's name, arrival/departure date, unit size and their reservation number. We do the rest for you.

Our Gold Membership is FREE. You only pay an exchange fee when you are confirmed for your exchange. There are no upfront exchange fees as with RCI and I.I.

It also makes no difference to us if your points are from a developer or a resale, you are treated equally.

                      Hope this helps...

                      Thanks,

Mark, could you provide a list for the Worldmark list (I'm sure there is overlap with Wyndham), but I'm wondering how the other Oregon Coast and Southern California resorts measure up.

                        Thanks,

When you say, "could you provide a list for the Worldmark list (I'm sure there is overlap with Wyndham)"..... I assume you mean a list of qualified Worldmark Resorts only?

Also... could you clarify "wondering how the other Oregon Coast and Southern California resorts measure up".

Measure up with to what regards? Quality? Trading-Power? or other...

Sorry Mark for not being clear. I was hoping to see a list like the one for Wyndham earlier in this thread that lists the resorts within the Worldmark system with the highest trading power according to SFX.

                            Thanks!
