I own a new owner of 3 BR lockoff at Cypress Point Resort near Orlando. I haven't made reservations for this year. My week on my deed says Week 29. I am told I have Diamond - Floating. Not sure what that means. What do I need to do to deposit my week wtih SFX? Will you take a week? Do I get a bonus week? Thanks. I am new to all of this as you can tell.

jcg - thank you for your post. We would gladly accept the week as a 2006 deposit. For Orlando, qualifying weeks are any week between February through Easter, June 15 through Sept 7... and any other major Holiday week.

Step 1: Become an SFX Member http://www.sfx-resorts.com/membership.html

Step 2: Then login and click Deposit a week and submit the week online, print out the deposit form, sign it and fax back to us as per the online instructions.

Step 3: We then verify the information with your resort. After verfication which can take a few days, you are all set to place your requests for exchanges.

As a New Member, in addition to the exchange, you will qualify for a Bonus Week certificate. When booked for the Bonus Week, you will only pay $399. The approximate value is $1,400.

    Hope this helps...

      Checking for some friends...thanks.

      Mark,

Another question regarding late deposits and trading power.....would a 2006 1BR July 7 to 14 week at the Riviera Shores, Dana Point, on the beach have good trading power or be restricted in any way if deposited now? Would it get a bonus certificate? Would it be able to exchange into a nice Hawaii resort in July 2007?

John - thank you for your post. Because there is such an industry-wide huge demand for the Southern California Coastal region during the Summer months... there would still be excellent trading power if deposited now with SFX.

If you are a new Member, or an existing Member but this resort is a new purchase for you and not registered in your SFX Profile, we would issue a Bonus Week certificate.

Although we are not allowed to guarantee space, subject to availability, this deposit would give you an excellent chance at a great property in Hawaii for 2007.

        Hope this helps...
