Bonus week request for 2BR

Mark, I placed my first request for exchange using my bonus week, and specifically told the rep over the phone that we are a 2 adult/ 4 children family and that I will need 2 BR units only. I said I knew I would have to pay the upgrade fee. I checked online today to find the request listed as 2 adults/2children. Maybe there is some notation on my record that I don't see online about this, but I am very concerned, as an exchange match for a 1 BR would be useless to me. Did I misunderstand the bonus week concept at SFX? I thought the point of the $149 upgrade was to accomodate people who wanted to use their bonus week for a 2BR unit. If all I will be able to request for bonus weeks are 1 BRs, then the bonus program at SFX will not work out for me.

Thanks, Mark. I spoke with someone at SFX by phone today who fixed the request. I guess it was just a mistake/miscommunication.
