SFX vacation reps?

I know I recently saw a list of the names & extensions of the folks at SFX including the areas they work on for exchanges. I have been searching all morning in this forum and at TUG and can't find the post that contained this info. Can someone help?

I dealt with Lisa for Mexico and Scarlet and Elena for North America. Don't know about the rest.

This is a big help. I have recieved calls from different reps and with the various requests I have placed I'm never sure who is working on what!?!

These are just the Area Managers. Under each manager is a team of exchange agents. I will update this later this week with the areas each manager covers. When we send you an email update on your request, it does state the name of the manager responsible for your request with their extension number.

P.S. I have been very impressed with SFX thus far. (It's been a couple of weeks since I deposited). The reps have either taken my calls immediately or called back promptly, and I like talking to reps who specialize in the area where I am looking. And yesterday I confirmed my top priority trade.

Area Managers...

Scarlet - 101 (Florida, Arizona, S. California)

Elena - 102 (Caribbean, Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe, New England)

Liza - 103 (Mexico)

Ramona - 106 (Europe, San Francisco, New York)

These are the four area managers for the stated specific regions above. All other areas not mentioned above are covered by all area managers collectively. Once your request is received by the managers, it is then assigned to various agents.

Please note, when we email you Status updates of your pending requests, the area manager assigned to your request and their extension number is stated in the email.

Look for the moderators of the forum at the bottom of the main AskSFX page. I believe you can direct your request to Steve (Carolinian) or Keith. I don't recall if Mark can do stickies or not.

I just did a search to find this information as well. I looked for a sticky but alas it wasn't there. Could you pls put this on top with the other sticky for SFX?
