Diampond Rewards ???

I got a SFX mailer yesterday regarding Diamond Rewards. I am confused. It has a nice glossy plastic membership card with account number and our names printed on it. Yet it says “Offer valid for new deposits only.” So which is it? Like other loyal SFX subscribers, I deposited my 2011 week months ago. So is this really a membership for me to use as a reward for being a loyal member, or am I being punished for being a loyal member and depositing early as opposed to others that are lagging behind in making deposits getting rewarded? Either way I think you need to make it more clear.
