SFX - Expanded business hours

Due to further expansion, effective June 1, 2006, SFX business hours will be extended to 7:30am to 5:30pm (PST), Monday through Friday.

Hi Mark,
I am on Mountain Time so I am an hour ahead of the SFX office. So many times I have to call between 5 pm and 6 pm my time (after work) and I don't always find a way to squeeze in that call. So to be able to call at 8:30 my time and catch someone will be terrific - you guys rock!

Eal - thank you for the feedback. With around 80,000 Members now, it has become necessary for these expanded hours, giving our Members greater access to our agents and services. Not only for Members that live in other time-zones, but also Members within our own time-zone, Pacific Standard Time.

I appreciate those extra hours - sometimes work is a very long day for me, especially covering those ASPAC conference calls. Just curious as to target date for online searching of 'left-over' near term weeks - any news?... Thanks, Noelle

Noelle - thank you for your post. Every time we announced a target date, it went way past the dates. So... the best I will say is very soon.

Mark, The answering machine at SFX still states the hours are 9-5 Pacific. You might want to change the message.

Eal - thanks for the heads-up. After testing these hours, we have made an adjustment from 8am - 5pm PST for now. That is one hour earlier than the orginal 9am.

When we move into our new purpose built office space next year, then we may expand it further as we will have more staff and all-round expansion.
