I saw this in the "fine print" and meant to ask you about these resorts.

Will you be getting inventory at The Grand Bliss & The Grand Luxxe?

This is an interesting offer - thanks for posting for us.

        Mark,

The big question I have is what can the vacation cash card be used for? The $500 value is great, but... What can I spend it on?

I see they have that up now, when I posted it was still showing the old info... Not to bad a deal. Here is a question.

If I use it on a sell-off week, is the additional 20% discount computed in addition to any Membership Level discount we get, or after our Membership level discounts?

The additional 20% discount is applied to all membership levels, in addition to the already stated discount posted on the Sell-off page.

                Hope this helps...

                Thanks,

Let me rephrase, not sure the question was understood.

Lest say I have the 25% diamond discount for the sake of this example.

And lets say I was a $500 (non discounted price) sell off week, here is how the additional vs after would be different.

20% off after Membership Discount of 25%.

                    $500 - 25% = $500 - $125 = $375

                    $375 - 20% = $375 - $75 = $300

                    Final Price: $300

20% off in addition to Membership Discount of 25%

                    $500 - (25% + 20%) = $500 - 55% = $500 - $275 = $225

                    Final Price $225

Does that make more sense? It is always tricky when you are applying percentage discounts with more percentage discounts. How you apply them makes a big difference.

                        Example -
                        DIAMOND (Save 25%) $374.25
                        PLATINUM (Save 15%) $424.15
                        GOLD $499.00

Based on Marks statement - we would be entitled to another 20% off these prices

                        DIAMOND (Save 25%) $374.25 - 20% = $299
                        PLATINUM (Save 15%) $424.15 - 20% = $339
                        GOLD $499.00 - 20% = $399

Mark, could you confirm if this is correct?

                          Updated my information but no.......

Updated information on profile, but no $100 discount card confirmation or enrty for I Pad ....I told Nathan about it but he said he wasn't sure. I did deposit a week to anyways. Have to wait for deposit to clear for any incentives to be active. This is my second deposit with SFX. Still haven't exchanged yet, but have request in. Hopefully soon we can search and exchange on line.

We will have to see. I hope that this is not the way it is being done, I hope it is combined discount as in my other example. Otherwise it means that the higher your membership level in SFX, the less the additional 20% discount is really worth to you.

If it is as you list, then it is really an effective discount of

                            Gold - 20%
                            Platinum - 17%
                            Diamond - 15%

Sorry, my wife always complains I am too much of a Math nerd at times. Tis just the way I am.
