I have the same question, Mark. Using a $399 bonus week, the fee shown is $598, quite a difference for an off season 1 bedroom unit!

I wonder if it is adding an exchange fee to the cost of the bonus week. It could be that the software does not discriminate between a use week or bonus week.

Using a $399 week I saw an increase in price for

Grand Mayan 2BRs
Grand Luxxe
A 3BR unit someplace.....$599

I know in the "fine print" it does say there is an upcharge for Grand Mayan and Grand Luxxe....not sure about the others example of 1BRs off season.
