When I use a $499 Bonus Week to search, why do the fees come up more than $499 for a one bedroom or less unit?

I have the same question, Mark. Using a $399 bonus week, the fee shown is $598, quite a difference for an off season 1 bedroom unit! The legitimate object of Government is to do for a community of people whatever they need to have done but cannot do at all or cannot do so well for themselves”- Lincoln

Using a $399 week I saw an increase in price for
Grand Mayan 2BRs
Grand Luxxe
A 3BR unit someplace.....$599
I know in the "fine print" it does say there is an upcharge for Grand Mayan and Grand Luxxe....not sure about the others example of 1BRs off season.
