There are some great weeks. I am surprised by the number of relatively cheap weeks in Hawaii.
John... I agree. It's almost unheard of having Easter weeks in Hawaii, and units in London not being booked. These kind of weeks are typically very difficult to get for an exchange with the other exchange companies !!

I don't get it...
Thanks,

A lot of people say it is the high airfare to Hawaii. However we are going next month to Hawaii and our airfare is cheaper than last year. In fact we got a fantastic deal on first class with Hawaiian Airlines from LAX.
Newbie here- are the prices for the SFX sell-off list weekly rates? Do I need to have an exchange to receive them or just be a member? If I have an exchange of equal or greater trading value then is the rate waived? Thanks!

Paul the Woodman - Thank you for your post. The prices for the Sell-Off List are for the whole week.
You do not have to deposit a week for an exchange to book them. These are additional weeks above and beyond any exchange activity. They are over-supply weeks in our system we have no exchange requests for from our members.
You can book them for yourself, family or friends.
Thank you for the response. As an unsatisfied member of another exchange server we are looking to move. SFX looks interesting as we have a high value timeshare and prefer those types of exchanges. Thanks again!
I see that there is a July week at Desert Breezes Timeshare Resort in Palm Springs. How did SFX ever accept this week for deposit? We have stayed at Desert Breezes and it sure isn't a top tier resort or even close. What would be the reason for taking a July week?

Hi John - Thank you for your post. Desert Breezes has been completely renovated, and it is "night & day" as compared to it's previous state. Desert Breezes Resort
We essentially do not accept Summer deposits in the Palm Springs area. This particular week was specifically requested and booked by a member a few months ago. Unfortunately they had to cancel their vacation plans for this summer. So... it is on the Sell-Off list for anyone who just loves that wonderful dry desert heat of the Summer! Anyone for 100 degrees of bliss
