    I know this question has probably been asked before but...

    I have a request for a specifc week next May. I know it makes it difficult because of the date limitations. If a match becomes available, how will I be notified, by email, phone or both. How long do I have to respond before I lose the match (or Do I lose it?). My concern is a phone call when I am away and I don't respond in time.

    I don't know what company you are taling about, but couldn't you specify/request from them to notify you both ways (email and phone)?

      Since this is in the SFX forum, I assume it's SFX (San Francisco Exchange company) they're referring to.

      Don't have experience with them so nothing to add there. Hopefully will soon though as I've seen good things with them.

        chs225 - thank you for your post.When there is a match, an agent will call you to discuss the details of the resort and answer any questions you may have. You are also sent an email with the information which will allow you to login and book the unit in real-time.

        You may also call us and leave your cell phone number as a contact.

        The week is held for between 24-48 hours depending on how close it is to check in, and how many other members are in queue. The goal is to get you booked for your vacation, so we do work with you with this goal in mind. After all, by booking you for your vacation ...is how we "earn our keep".
