Um, Mark... these are listed under "offer requirements" on the website using the link you provided - is it fair to assume that #1 is no longer applicable since SF Pride was June 25/26?

Offer Requirements
1.) This is an introductory offer for all participants and attendees of SF Pride 2011
2.) Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3.) There are absolutely NO TOUR Requirements.
4.) All bookings are final. There are no refunds. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a credit for a future reservation, subject to availability.
5.) Rentals only offered in weekly increments (8 days /7 nights). Late Check-In and early Check-Out is permitted but will not alter pricing.
6.) Holidays are subject to availability and will have a $300 premium added.

Blr666- thank you for your post. Actually this site is more of a Non-Member offering. As a Member, you can exchange and/or Bonus Week into these properties, and use your Cash-Card. Although the Non-Member pricing is great, as a Member with Cash-Card savings, the pricing is even better.
