Bonus week & upgrade fees

I'm trying to plan out our vacation plans for the next few years and would like to clarify what the upgrade fees are on bonus weeks. I have found this information:

Hawaii / London / New York $299 upgrade fee
Holiday week $199 upgrade fee (what holiday weeks does this apply to?)
2 bedroom unit $149 upgrade fee

Is this correct and are there any other upgrade fees to worry about?

Daileyad - Thank you for your post. Re Holiday weeks... it applies to the 8 major Holiday weeks (New Year, Pres. Week, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas).

Holiday Fees

Great I see the holiday weeks and the fees. 8 major Holiday weeks (New Year, Pres. Week, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas). I like that.

Is the $199 Fee across the board (not based on location or unit size? Is it for a week that included the specifically the holiday date mentioned as a night in the unit? Eg. I check IN on New Years Day, Not really the holiday that was new years eve, right? Does the holiday upgrade apply?

However I am confused about the size upgrade fee. I was told $199 as the fee, is that right? The OP posted an upgrade fee of $149. Is this upgrade fee also location/resort specific? Since I was inquiring about a Grand Luxxe unit, so the fee is higher, Is that right?

If I deposit a 2 BR and get bonus weeks, are those bonus weeks considered 2 BR or are ALL bonus weeks considered 1 BRs and any upgrade fee would apply?

Also I just got a answer I was not expecting recently when I inquired about a Grand Luxxe unit, I was told $500 plus the 2 BR upgrade fee.

So what is the policy for upgrading to a Grand Luxxe. Is there a different price to upgrade to the Grand, Bliss and Luxxe? Or it is all the same upgrade? Or you have to combine upgrade, like 1 upgrade to grand and then a second upgrade to Bliss?

What is the upgrade fee for location (NYC, London, Hawaii)? OP stated $299 upgrade fee for location. That is at least consistent with my recent experience. I booked an NYC week and paid the $299 fee as well. Is the fee the same for all locations or does it vary?

Vandesa - Thank you for your post. Here is some information that we hope answers your questions, as per the current promotion that Expires on August 22, 2011.

Part of the offer is you receive 2 Bonus Weeks. One is priced at $399, the second is priced at $499. This entitles you to a 1-Bedroom unit sleep 4. This pricing only applies to timeshare resorts, and not Private Residence Clubs or Fractional Properties.
