But Mark can you tell me why the promo says it is a $500 cash card, when I only got $400?

Hi Vandesa - Thank you for your post. The original Cash Card offer last year was up to $500 ($100 is for updating your profile, and $400 for depositing a qualified week). This time round for those who had previously updated their profile, you are supposed to have a full credit of $500 for your qualified 2012 deposit. It seems the system credited you on the previous basis. If you could p.m. me your name and account number, I can look further into this for you, and make sure you are fully credited.
