Understanding SFX LifeStyle Weeks and the Sell-off list.

SFX: Technically the LifeStyle week has no trading power. Trading power is based on the week you deposit. It's the trading power of the deposited week that determines the LifeStyle week you receive. It is created this way to reward higher quality deposits with higher quality LifeStyle weeks. It is a fairer and more equitable system.

So Mark...does that mean we can do our own "bait and switch" - ie have our deposited week in the 'bank', but when our requested exchange shows up, chalk it off against our Lifestyle Week? I know when we made requests earlier we specified whether we wanted it against a deposited week or bonus week. I hope this didn't affect our abilitiy to obtain our requested facility.

Zach, that is correct.

It will not affect your ability. At the time of booking, you will have the choice of using a deposited week, or a LifeStyle week.

Thanks Mark - I haven't heard anything yet that I don't like. Ah...just thought of another question: Do the upgrade fees relate only to Lifestyle and Bonus weeks or do they also apply to Exchange weeks (eg. trading into The Manhattan Club or other NYC properties)?

Zach - Thank you for your post. The upgrade fees only apply to BonusWeeks and LifeStyle weeks. For exchange, your ability to trade into NYC would be based on the Trading-Power of your week, and availability.

Do the 5 Lifestyle weeks members receive for depositing show up on our online account?

Hi Sydney - Thank you for your post. At this present moment, they do not show up in your online account. The reason being we have to do a lot of coding because of all the price variables which are based upon how far in advance you request your LifeStyle week. Previously with regular Bonus Weeks, it was easy as the price was typically either $399/$499/$599.

Within the next few weeks, you will be able to see your LifeStyle Weeks online. Until then... to place a request for your LifeStyle weeks, please call our Member Services who will be glad to assist you.

BTW... If you see a week in the Sell-Off list you would like to book as a LifeStyle week (because the pricing might be better), you can do that by calling Member Services.
