Hi Mark,
I am asking this here, because of a conversation I just had with a representative at SVC. Earlier this year, while they were still with RCI I made a points reservation for Carriage Hills that was given to your company and there were no issues.
Since they have now switched to II, I am being told that they are the "exclusive" exchange provider, and that I can no longer do this. Do you have any experience with this as of yet?
On another note, and less important I had posted another question regarding If I can call one of the agents and say, "do you have any pending requests for xxx on xxxx or yyyy at yyyy" is it possible to just have an ongoing list posted on the website of owner's current requests?
This way if I am debating on a making a deposit etc, I am more likely to deposit something people are looking for. I do not mind calling, but when you have multiple resorts, points systems, and floating weeks it is a lot easier to see a list of what is currently being requested and then matching what you have to that.
Thanks again for your help!
