    Hi Mark,

I just want to get clarified about the bonus offer. Is the bonus offer being granted based on the date of the deposit or based on the date when that resort is verified.

I deposited a week that had bonus offer but was not given the bonus weeks since I was told it was based on when it was verified by the resort and SFX had trouble verifying it despite the fact that i emailed the confirmation I had for that week on March 30 to qualify for the bonus offer. Anne said it was based on the date it was verified and I was expecting the date it was deposited. If it is based on verification date, it should be clearly stated on the bonus offer..

      Mark,

If SFX goes back to bonus week then are they removing the upcharge for London, SF, Hawaii and Europe that had been on the lifestyle weeks?

It was a brand new offer back then, but still... there are no excuses, and we are glad your brought it to our attention. Very soon, you will be able to see your LifeStyle Week credits when you login. Because it has Variable-Pricing, there is much more coding to be done for online interaction, because we don't know if you are going to book a week 15 days or 365 days in advance. Whereas before with one priced bonus weeks, it was very simple coding.

BTW... in an earlier post you mentioned that Bonus Weeks could be reinstated (if expired), and not LifeStyle Weeks. In actuality, neither of those can be reinstated for a fee. It is your deposited exchange week (if expired), can be reinstated for a fee.

        Hope this helps...

Thanks Mark, I'll forward the email to you. I think perhaps the rep got confused with the Grand Mayan BONUS week that I got in addition to the lifestyle weeks (THAT one expires 12/15/12).

However, if SFX is going to use Lifestyle again, perhaps the confusion can be avoided completely by letting the members see:
        a) how many lifestyle weeks they have
        and
        b) the expiration date

Just like the bonus weeks/credits show up. (meaning you'd click your Bonus Credits link thingy and see your lifestyle weeks there, along with expiration date)? I realize it may mean some changes in coding, but just a suggestion.

As for the bonus weeks, perhaps this is a little misleading (or not very clear) on the SFX member -> Account Summary -> Deposit and Bonus Week Credits page:

        Have all your Credits Expired?
Contact an SFX Agent at (800) 739-9969 and discuss options to Reinstate or Extend the expiration dates of any credits.

(note the word: ANY CREDITS). This includes bonus weeks. If ONLY deposited weeks are extendable, then SFX needs to change the wording to state that explicitly because when I check my page I see BOTH deposited weeks AND BONUS weeks directly underneath that statement, which would seem reasonable to cover "any credits", not just deposited week credits.

Hi Mark, if the lifestyle weeks are extended once more (meaning they offer it again), will they allow the vacation cash to be used to offset the weeks? (ie, the $100 off a week of like $599 or more or whatever it is)?

Hi Kevin - Thank you for your post. If you have remaining credits on your Cash-Card, yes.

              Thanks,
