Hi Mark,
I'm wondering what the chances are of obtaining a week in a non-SFX - actually a non-RESORT - property. I'm thinking particularly of a place like The Ridge At Kapalua (Maui), a VERY nice condo cluster that has units available for rental (VRBO, etc). It's not a 'resort' unto itself. Are developments such as these ever available via SFX? I guess my bigger question is 'At what point is it better to work the rental sites than keep hoping for timeshare availability?' Are "non-timeshare" properties ever approached to participate?
Thanks for any insights you can provice.
