Giving away a deposit

Hi Mark,

This is a relatively general question that I do not seem to so asked or answered, but maybe I just can not find it.

If I were to want to give one of the deposits I have to somebody else is that something I can do?

Hi Gandalf - Thank you for your post. Yes... you can give a deposited week to a anyone of your choosing. They are considered as your guest.

Sorry Mark, in hindsight I realize my question was not very clear. I realize that deposited weeks can be booked and given as a gift via guest certificate. What I would like to do is take a week in my account, and put it in another persons account so they can search online availablity with it. There would be no exchange made at this time.

Must have seemed like a pretty stupid question, with such a simple answer!

Hi Gandalf - thank you for the clarification. Unfortunately you cannot move your week from your account to another. For tracking and reconciliation purposes it must remain in your account. If you wanted them to have access to your week and search online availability, I suggest asking where they have in mind and doing the search for them.
