    We are pleased to advise our Members that SFX LifeStyle weeks have been re-branded and are now known as SFX Bonus Weeks.

    If you have credits in your account for LifeStyle weeks, they can now be seen online in your SFX account, and you may place requests against them, and/or book weeks online in real-time.

    Our New 2013 Deposit your week promotion will be viewable online within the next week.

    I don't see mine in my account. Is there a different place to look besides the regular exchange search? Should I just email to have it looked at?

        Hi Presley..... Please login at www.sfx-resorts.com and go to Online Exchange Search on the left side navigation.

        Then in the Step 1 box, there is a dropdown menu where you select a credit. This is where you will see your SFX Bonus Weeks (not named LifeStyle weeks anymore).

        Please let me know if that worked for you.

          I just checked my SFX account and the only credit showing is my deposit. There should be 3 lifestyle/bonus weeks but they do not appear. Too bad, since I'd love to place requests against these before they expire. Having to call to place requests is a hassle I would rather do without. I much preferred the old bonus weeks system.

            doesn't work for me. Although my lifestyle weeks were obtained earlier this year--around Feb. I think.

              Mine aren't showing up there. It just shows the same exchange deposits that it has always showed, which I can search against. It isn't that big of a deal. I just thought it would be nice to be able to see when they expire.

                Same story here, Mark. I just made a deposit on 10/15 and neither the bonus weeks NOR the additional Vacation Cash amount is showing up in my account. Is there typically a time lag before these would show up?

                  Doesn't work for me either. I should have 4 Lifestyle weeks, I believe (I took advantage of the deposit special last year, and I've used one lifestyle week), but when I go to the Online Exchange Search page, there are no credits listed in the pull-down box in "step 1". I can PM my account information if needed.
