Since no one answered I was able to find what I was looking for. It looks like in terms of time frame the only change was to 1-20 day instead of the previous 1-30 days in advance.

The other changes were the prices went up $50-$100 in most but not all categories and the 2 bedroom pricing that was previously used for bonus/lifestyle weeks was combined with the higher priced 3 bedroom prices.

I'm not crazy about the changes but hopefully will be able to find at least one that I can use before my weeks expire. I do like that bonus weeks can now be booked online.

Sally - Thank you for your post and apologies for the delay. I have been out of the country and have just returned. This restructured pricing has been very warmly received by our Members, because it is more fairly priced, and for most people they will be paying less for their Bonus Weeks than in the previous pricing structure.

Our statistics show that most Members request their Bonus Weeks 3-6 months in advance. The one bedroom unit is still around $399 /$499 for the whole week, and you can "Request" the week you want just like an exchange. The two major exchange companies as far as I know do not let you request in advance Bonus Weeks, as if they were exchange weeks.

If you can travel within 20 days, you can now get weeks for as little as $69 for a studion or $199 for a one-bedroom unit. Before, you had to pay the $399/$499 if you booked within this period, so many of the week are priced lower than what you used to pay.... the average as described above for a one bedroom around 6 months in advance is about the same, and if you want to book up to a year in advance, its a little more, but still a good value. Three bedroom units are not that common and are the exception. If you calculate that 6-8 people can occupy a 3 bedroom unit, the effective net cost per person per night is very low.

Its a much fairer pricing structure thats determined by how far in advance you book, and what unit size meets your needs. SFX Bonus Weeks.

In spite of our economic conditions, hotels have not gone down in price for a room. In fact many very mediocre hotel rooms are running around $180 -$250 per night in popular vacation destinations.

      Hope this insight helps...

      Thanks,
