  • Age for Exchanging

    Mark
We have 2 timeshares and due to college expenses for our son this comes as a necessary question.
We are probably going to sell our Solmar in Cabo Timeshare to a young lady that is from our hometown , she is 23. Does the age present any problems in exchanging and checking into resorts. And if so would she need a credit card to check in our a cash deposit (What are the rules) We want to sell it but dont want to sell it to her if it would be a problem for her with exchanging. We are recommending to her that she use SFX primarily. We have had some nice exchanges with SFX..
    Thank you.

Lou - Thank you for your post. 21 is the minimum age requirement, so there is no problem there. Resorts do require a credit card at check in, similar to hotels. We thank you for recommending us to the new buyer, and hope to continually send you on many more great vacation exchanges with your remaining week.

    Hope this helps...

    Thanks,
