  • Happy with SFX

This is my first time depositing with SFX. I put in a request last week for one of the Royals in Cancun using a Mexico bonus week and today I got a call from Lisa and was offered a 2 bedroom at Royal Caribbean/Islander (I won't find out which one until I get there - but I don't mind). I requested March-April, but I actually got the week I really wanted (includes my birthday). So I'm a very happy camper. And very impressed with SFX. The deposit process went smoothly too and Mark answered a PM question super fast. Thanks Mark, Lisa and SFX!

Yes. They are pretty good aren't they? As Mark always likes to say, BE FLEXIBLE. If you are, you can get just about anything you request. I requested the Cayman Islands on a Friday (with a wide date range) and they called me on Monday with a 'hit'! So I'm headed there in the dead of winter, December, during my birthday. Even more incredible, another agent called with a Cancun 'hit' (for any week in September) that same Monday! Unfortunately, I had to turn them down and asked to have that request cancelled. Now if I can just get my Hawaii request for next summer fulfilled...
    You listening/reading Mark? *harhar*

Whodat - there is no "r" in haha !!

Hang in there for the Summer Hawaii. It's about one year away and most people don't start depositing next years until they pay their maintenance fees towards the end of this year.

Yes.. the magic word is FLEXIBLE. It is what the exchange business model is built on... and it usually works. Also note, although flexible, we confirm many requests from Prime Time where demand is far greater than supply. Fulfilling requests in low demanded seasons with flexibility are not for the most part any challenge.

*harhar* is my own take on 'haha'. (think *har-de-harhar*....)

Anyway, I patiently await the Hawaii exchange. You already warned me about the wait until people start depositing a year out so I'm OK with it.

        Have a good one!
