    If we request a specific week for a get away months in advance, how long does it take to get it? For instance, if we want a specific week in April in Florida, I requested it, when do I hear something?

    Also, I am confused on the Diamond Benefits for cruise exchange. If I go to - https://cruise.ovscruise.com/cruises...pagerecno=5614 the first cruise is from $199,

    but when I click the more information, the price is $1274.00.

    I do not see anywhere the $199 price.

    Just FYI, some advisor called me to go over benefits, but he was more interested in up-selling me a premium membership.

    Please advise, thank you.

    Astorweb - Thank you for your post. If you would be kind enough to Private Message me your name and account number, I will gladly send you a very helpful document called "Understanding the exchange process". This will go over every aspect, and will answer all your questions, with some very helpful tips on exchanging.

    With regards to the cruise question you have.... most of our agents are on Holiday leave at this time, and will be back on January 2nd. I will try and have an agent contact you prior to then, but it probably will not be until the 2nd.

    Meanwhile, I look forward to receiving your contact information and helping you with your questions.
