Diamond Rewards program

Hi Mark,

I signed up for the 20 year Diamond Rewards program with Peter and I am trying to add additional members to my account but when they try to log in they cannot get into the site. Can you tell me what is the link they need to use to get into the friends and family portion of the site?

Also, can you go over some of the benefits and how I can best maximize my membership.
I'm very interested in the cruises as options for deposits since I have enough timeshares already, which is why I signed up.

Peter also said that with this program that they will accept my Christmas Mountain Village resort deposits although it's not a preferred SFX resort.
He said that I can get 10K Diamond rewards points per week or with a 6 month deposit can actually use them for a regular exchange.
Is this correct?

Also, I like the $49 resort stays to use as long weekends.
Sure beats any of the other exchange company deals so looking forward to using that.

I live in Miami, FL so hoping that I can find enough value out of my membership here in Florida.
Any suggestions for me?

I haven't yet booked anything since I'm going thru some health issues and don't want to commit to things so far in the future right now, but I've seen a few things that looked okay. I am not sure if they are bookable or just showing as possibilities. I don't have anything on deposit other than Diamond points.

I guess Mark has been too busy to respond to the rest of my post so hopefully he will make time for us sometime soon.

Chriskre - humble apologies for the delay. I was overwhelmed with special projects last week, and was distracted from responding. I should have had you call Member Services for immediate service rather than delay a response, and for this I apologize. What Peter advised is absolutely correct.

Please email me at accounts@sfx-resorts.com attn: Mark with your name and account number. I would like to have one for our Member Services agents call you to discuss going over the benefits of this program. It will be more efficient than going back and forth with questions in this forum, and be of greater value and service to you.

Chris - lets start with this link: SFX Membership Grid.

Then click "Membership Programs". The second column (Diamond Rewards) has all of the core benefits of the program, and compares them to Platinum and Gold. If you or anyone have any specific questions on any of the benefits, I can respond to them.

We are interested to see how the Diamond membership would help us take a European River Cruise next May...the few times I have talked to someone, it was unclear exactly how/if we can exchange one of our deposited weeks and then what the other costs would be, e.g. also is Diamond membership required to exchange a week for a cruise?

Hi Joan - Thank you for your post, and sorry for the delay. I have been away for the last week at our industry convention in Florida. Diamond Membership is required to exchange a week for a cruise. However, there are Diamond members who choose to use their week for an exchange, and just go with the discounted rates on the cruise. Please do me a favor and p.m. me what kind of River Cruise you have in mind, then I can evaluate whether or not there would be any value (enough money savings) in purchasing a Diamond Membership. I would normally put a paragraph break here with my signature, but for some reason the enter key, and hard-break Shift-Enter keys do not take the cursor to the next line in this site. I also tried changing the font color, and that didn't work either..........Thanks, Mark @SFX Member Communications.
