Booking Bonus Weeks

Mark - Can you explain the relationship between bonus weeks and the selloff list. I was just checking the SFX website regarding fees for 'short notice' bonus week usage, and got the following box:


Book these online on our Sell-Off List Page
Booking Window Studio 1 Bedroom 2/3 Bedroom
Number of days booked in advance of member vacation:
0-20 Days $69 $199 $299
Number of days booked in advance of member vacation:
21-90 Days $99 $399 $599


Does this mean that we can only book the places on the selloff list if we're booking less than 90 days in advance? Or can we still call the SFX desk to find out what's available or put in a search?

Hi Zach,

Good question. The answer is no. Regardless of timeline, you can request what you want either online or with an agent. However, if its less than a weeks notice, we would prefer you speak with an agent directly. What you see in the Sell Off list, is existing inventory typically within 60 days of check-in that we have no requests for by Members, in sense it's like over-supply that has to be moved quickly for the the dates expire. But if you want other places not displayed, we would be delighted to hear from.
