    Hi --

    I'm wondering what the expected turnaround for email response should be... it took 15 days for first response and now I'm at 20 days on a reply to my reply..

    Please let us know the best customer service email to use going forward. I'm clearly not using the right one, but since I did eventually get a response the first time I thought it was ok. Perhaps it might be better to reject replies to mass emails?

    Hi Glitter - Thank you for your post. Typically email responses are the same day. When there is a mass email notice from us, it is not advisable to reply to those kind of mailing using the reply button, as it does not usually go through the correct channels. If you have any questions resulting from an email blast, please use: vacations@sfx-resorts.com or accounts@sfx-resorts.com.

    If you would be kind enough to forward your email question to me at accounts@sfx-resorts.com, attn: Mark, you will get a response today.
