Phoenix/Scottsdale... no high demand?

Mark,
The new season grid shows Prime demand only for the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. There is no High Demand listed. Does this mean you have no requests for this area during the fall or early winter? And would SFX therefore not accept deposits for other than Prime Time?

It is surprising to this Baby-Boomer who chooses to avoid going during school holidays or the raging heat of summer that there is NO demand for this area beyond Easter.

Julie - thank you for your post. About 95% of our Members requests for this area are for the period from mid January through Easter week. We do have some requests for other months, but very minimal. Most people don't want to be in the blazing heat, and that is why the preferred season for most is the first quarter of the year. We may accept other times, but there would be no bonus weeks for them.
