I have a search in for Maui for week of Nov 11, 2006. Since it is less than 4 months away now, I was wondering when we should assume that nothing will be found and find an alternative? Most options I'm looking at (condo rental is usually much less expensive than hotels) are not cancelable without a large penalty so I don't want to book until absolutely necessary. Intially we asked for a 2br for this request but switched to 1br back in May.
It may not seem that we are being very flexible, so just for the record... SFX had found us a great trade originally (1 1/2 years out for the Big Island) but we had to cancel because of job loss then were constrained to this particular week/location because we're using FF miles.
