Diamond Rewards website broken.

  • Diamond Rewards website broken.

    I've had to have my account which is a Diamond rewards account re-linked several times because the link keeps breaking.

    I keep getting this message:
    There was an error...
    There seems to be a problem accessing your account, we apologize for this delay.
    Please contact an SFX Vacation Counselor at 800-739-9969 to have this issue resolved. Thank you.

    So I call yet another time to re-link my account and Karla, a supervisor from the regular accounts gives me a number to call 1-866-847-6905.
    Problem is they are closed!

    Seriously? Closed at 3pm Mountain time?
    So the regular SFX department is open but the "Diamond" desks are closed.
    What's up with that? So Diamond means absolutely less service than a regular member is the message I am getting from SFX.

    So I want to book something but can't even access my account which by the way I paid almost $1500 for a 20 year membership.
    This is definitely not a good way to treat a "Diamond" member.

    Chris - We do apologize for this inconvenience, and thank you for bringing this to our attention. If you called the Diamond desk on Friday, they absolutely should have been open at the time you called.

    Also, if you would be kind enough to PM me your name and account number, I will gladly have a supervisor resolve this issue first thing Monday morning.

      I've had several helpful people call me from SFX.
      Marcie and Steven have been super helpful and are working on the problem.
      Apparently I have two accounts and one is causing a conflict which the IT department needs to fix.
      Hopefully they can fix it today.
      I'll let you know.
