  • New SFX Website Update

    At this time SFX is transitioning to a new website and membership structure with more benefits for the same pricing. The new site is being launched in "phases", which means unfortunately there will still be a lot of "major construction" for about another 4-6 weeks. We chose not to wait another 4-6 weeks for the completion, in order to start rolling out some of the new benefits and testing them with customer feedback. At this time we are making final changes to the main site (pre-login), and in about 3-4 weeks you will see major improvements in the login area of the site.

    During this transition period, which will ultimately provide our Members with a greater transaction experience, and more money saving features than ever, we appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience. At any time please feel free to call Member Services at 800-739-9969 to speak with an agent who will be delighted to assist you.

            Grayfal and JWC - Thank you for the feedback. The new site is designed to be compliant with desktop computers, laptops, tablets and phones. Is anyone having any issues with the Login button on iPads?

                        It doesnt work with Safari but Chrome on iPad works. I even tried holding it down and using open in new tab and it just brings up the landing page, no log in pop up.

                        Its much slower loading and wont save my username even though I keep checking remember me. I prefer the previous log in page, this one is a fail IMO. Why the huge graphics for everything? I have to do a lot of scrolling to see anything, the previous design was much better.

                          Works on Chrome, not Safari. Wont save my username even when remember is checked. Slow loading. Huge graphics, have to scroll forever to see everything that was presented much cleaner in the previous version.

                          Did you get the HGVC Revolution team for this design LOL!

                            Works with Chrome but not Safari. Loads slow, lots of scrolling because the graphics are huge, doesnt save username even with remember me checked.

We are aware that during this transition period, there are some bug issues with Safari, and our IT department is working on solutions.

                              Please keep in mind, this is not an “App”, it’s the whole website using the latest modern design architecture known as “Responsive Rendering”. A Responsive site is designed to display on all device sizes (phone, tablet, laptop and desktop). When I view this design on all of these devices, I can get to the most viewed section of the site (Resort Directory and the Resort Escapes with only one or two swipes down that take about 1-2 seconds. Hardly a long time. (Except for Safari at this moment, which is being worked on).

                              Just in case you missed earlier posts, I have taken the liberty of reposting some information below for your perusal.

                              As many of you have noticed, big changes are afoot at SFX Preferred Resorts. Since its inception, SFX has prospered in this competitive industry by being somewhat different than our competitors. This difference is our commitment to listening to our members and driving all of our future improvements to our membership and products, based on our member’s feedback.

                              Over the past few years, we have been hearing loud and clear that the cost of traditional exchange company fees have become prohibitively high and is causing many owners to question the value of their existing exchange company membership. We agree. That’s why at SFX we are taking a different path. We are rolling out a new web site, simplifying our membership levels to eliminate our Platinum level. Platinum is being “renamed” to Diamond. Diamond membership is an Upgraded version of the old Platinum, and not a downgraded version of the old Diamond. (The pre-existing Diamond Rewards level, is being renamed to Diamond Elite). So…. There will be 3 levels Gold, Diamond and Diamond Elite. All existing benefits will remain, and will add even more exciting benefits to this “Elite level” membership in the coming months. With prepaid cruises and vacation stays, and greater savings annually on all travel products, this membership level represents the best option for members who are "highly traveled".



                              If you are an existing Platinum member, as a thank you for your business, in the coming weeks we will be upgrading you at no charge to our new Diamond level. When you are ready to renew, the new Diamond Membership will be equal in pricing to the earlier Platinum Membership. The Bottom-Line… For the same pricing, you are getting more benefits and money saving opportunities!

                              At SFX, our domestic and international exchange fees are the lowest in the industry and the quality of our resorts and customer service scores continue to be some of the highest in the industry.
