    Sorry about the duplicate posts, I wasnt aware of an error and replied three times with Tapatalk before using a browser, it was indicate my replies had to be approved by a moderator. I thought replies were posted right away, did not realize this forum was moderated. Apparently the mod chose to release all three.

    You might want to consider reviewing the suggestions from Google pagespeed insight for the site updates.

      SmithOp - Thank you for your response. We appreciate and welcome all feedback. I will pass on your suggestion to our IT department regarding Google Pagespeed Insight. We are aware of the load-time issue on certain browsers and devices, and are working diligently to have this resolved. Over the next few days and weeks, you will see marked improvements in the website.

        Thanks for the updates Mark, it's appreciated. Looking forward to my new Diamond Elite benefits (LOL)!

        Just booked another quality family vacation with SFX and my *FAVORITE* travel consultant: Nathan Reynolds!

        I hope you keep him around for a long time. I look forward to depositing many more weeks with SFX.

          About our website “transitioning”…

          At this time SFX is transitioning to a new website and membership structure with more benefits for the same pricing. The new site is being launched in "phases", which means unfortunately there will still be a lot of "major construction" for about another 4-6 weeks. We chose not to wait another 4-6 weeks for the completion, in order to start rolling out some of the new benefits and testing them with customer feedback. At this time we are making a number changes to the main site (pre-login), and in about 3-4 weeks you will see major improvements in the login area of the site. (post login).

          During this transition period, which will ultimately provide our Members with a greater transaction experience, and more money saving features than ever, we do understand there may be some temporary frustrating bug fixes needed, and we appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.           At SFX, our domestic and international exchange fees are the lowest in the industry and the quality of our resorts and customer service scores continue to be some of the highest in the industry. If you are looking for an exchange membership option, we invite you to call and review our new Diamond membership plans; they have never been this affordable. Our new website is being rolled out in "phases" over the next few months. Like most large construction projects, changes will be completed over time and we hope to minimize the disruption of our improvement initiatives to our members.           Any word/update on when the Diamond Lifetime memberships will be upgraded to Elite? I see they're advertising Elite on the website already (on the diamondrewards.com site).
