This is for Mark of SFX, but others might be interested in the answer.
I was told (like they never lie) that I could not bank my Grand Bliss weeks in II, that I had contracted to use only RCI and SFX. I haven't been back to do a face to face with them but have you ever dealt with this issue?

Not Mark, but in order to exchange your resort through II, your resort would have to become a member resort of II. I don't see it listed in the II resort directory, though I didn't do an exhaustive search.

Only the Grand Luxxe trades with II but SFX does too, I am sure.

The Grand Bliss does trade thru II. See below.
But if you contracted for RCI and SFX, that is what you did.

Have you checked your actual contract??

While I think there are developer deposits in II, my understanding was that only Grand Luxxe can actually do owner deposits. Vida just has a ton of inventory and the 1 in x rule with SFX and RCI has made them look for additional outlets for developer owned weeks. I think Trading Places also gets a bunch of Mayan Palace weeks and maybe Grand Mayan as well.

Hi Sally - thank you for your post. You can only bank your Grand Bliss weeks with II, if II has an Exchange Affiliation agreement with Vida Vacations that includes that phase of their properties. Please keep in mind, banking with SFX would give you more benefits with less costs than the other major exchange companies.
