Hi Julie - that is correct. You may deposit any qualified resort within Fairfield with SFX. Glad to have you as Members.

      3 in 1 Bonus Weeks

      Mark,
Please send me the 3:1 offer also. I own FF points and will make a reservation per time timeframes in your link above. I will only do FF GC resorts. Once the deposit is made the exchange is good for two year or is there a way to extend it to 3 years. Thanks.

        What dates qualify?

I presume Myrtle Beach in December and January won't qualify.

Do the weeks have to be in RCI Red time or are there specific dates.

          Dates and Sizes

Based on the sfx website I guess 6/1-9/30 will qualify for Myrtle Beach.

          What about unit sizes?

            Stan,

The minimum size for FF is a 1 BR. If you are a Gold Member, then you can get a 1 BR for your exchange. If you want a 2 BR you pay an additional fee (not sure exactly but probably another $149). HOWEVER, if you are a Platinum Member, you can upgrade to a 2BR, if available, for no fee.

Personally, I have deposited 2 1BR's with SFX and then upgraded to the 3 year Platinum membership for $199. Also, if you are a platinum member, your exchange fee is $20 less ($129) and you get a small discount on your Bonus weeks (I think $20 also).

              Stan,

Here is a thread where Mark of SFX identified the Fairfield resorts that were acceptable to SFX. The list is dynamic and I would verify with Mark of SFX that the resort you want to deposit is acceptable.

Also, as I posted on the Yahoo group this morning, I posted a thread on how you actually do the deposit with SFX. I can't remember if you have joined the Fairfield HOA forum. If not, try to use this link to request to join and I will authorize you to use that forum. (If you don't have 15 posts yet, you may not be able to use the link yet.)
