Credit Card required to search

Hi Mark

I just was on the site & see that to initiate a search a credit card is required. My concern is will the guides stil contact us to see if we want the match? or will we be able to cancel without penalty?

Chellej - thank you for your post. Please note the credit card at that stage will not be charged, unlike the major exchange companies that charge you upfront before you are confirmed for your exchange.

The agents will still call you to offer the week. If it is an "exact match" to what you asked for, you can accept or decline the week. Either way the exchange fee is due for services performed and will be charged. If you reject an exact match, you still have your week in credit for a new request.

If it is a close match, maybe the week before or after, or another great resort in the same area... you can accept or decline the week. You will only be charged if you accept the week offered to you.

You can still cancel the request prior to a match, and of course there are no charges or penalties.
